When IDSA Studios teamed up with BAFTA to deliver exclusive talks from major entertainment figures like Ryan Coogler and Eddie Marsan, the stakes were high—and the timelines, even tighter. Due to the private nature of the events, we often had less than one hour's notice to launch full internal campaigns that reached every student without missing a beat.
Using Mailchimp, we built eye-catching campaigns designed in Adobe Photoshop, ensuring each email felt exciting and timely. We also used AI-powered scheduling tools to pinpoint the optimal send times—regardless of how last-minute the talk was announced—maximising open and click-through rates.
Because we couldn’t use visual content from the events, we turned to student testimonials post-talk to capture reactions and keep the momentum going. These testimonials became the foundation of our post-campaign content, fuelling anticipation and engagement for future talks across follow-up email campaigns.
